一年一度的萬聖節再次來臨，正是青春男女搞怪狂歡的好時候。桑婭（Jennifer Freeman 飾）、喬兒（Victoria Vande Vegte 飾）和愛拉（Kira Verrastro 飾）三個女孩計劃參加化妝舞會，但是她們酷愛惡作劇的男朋友斯奈爾（James Immekus 飾）、託弗（Andrew St. John 飾）和瑞奇（Diego J. Torres 飾）卻另有打算。他們帶著女友們來到一所廢棄的房屋，幾個人圍坐在一起講述一個關於連環殺手的恐怖故事，當然男孩們的還不忘喬裝打扮嚇唬女孩。 然而，幾個吵吵鬧鬧的年輕人卻驚動了一個真正的連環殺手……
